Shipping Policy
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses worldwide depending on our customer location. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. If you wish to make a modification to your order after purchase, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes to your order once it has been processed.
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all orders!
Most small items ship from our Denver, CO distribution facility and take 3-5 days via USPS to US customers.
All Grilles and body/trim parts ship from the manufacturer and average 7-14 business days for delivery.
*OCT 2021 Update - The USPS has announced a nationwide "slowdown" in effect beginning Oct 1, 2021. This will impact the time and cost of USPS packages beyond our control. You can learn more here. We recommend selecting alternative couriers at checkout when possible.

Customers are responsible for any charges in related to duties & taxes that they receive. We have no control over this and each country has different laws concerning these charges.
All Products are shipped F.O.B. ("free on board") place of shipment. This means that we are not responsible for Products once we have provided them to the delivery service that will be delivering your Product(s) to you. We take great care in packing, labeling, and handing off our Products to make sure the delivery company is provided with the right Product(s) for the right orders in the condition advertised.
If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us and let us know. We'll determine what steps need to be taken by us or we'll give you guidance to help you place a claim with the delivery company.

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
