Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below:

1. General Return Policy

  • Eligibility: For items other than RS grilles and carbon fiber products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We will provide a return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, except for cases involving damaged or defective items.

2. RS Grilles and Carbon Fiber Products

  • Return Conditions: RS grilles and carbon fiber products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. These items must also be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Fees and Shipping Responsibility: Returns of RS grilles and carbon fiber products will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover part of the initial shipping cost. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Cancellation Policy for Made-to-Order Items:
    Please note that these items are made when you order. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If production has already begun, cancellations will incur a fee to account for the manufacturing process and materials. This fee will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund for the item(s).

4. International Orders

  • Please note that refunds are not accepted for orders placed outside the United States.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@enthusiastbrand.com or log in to your account here to request a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.


Enthusiast Brands may reject any returns under any of the below circumstances at our discretion:

The detailed size chart is included in the description. The size you chose does not fit you well.

The order was placed with a discount coupon we provided.

The order was placed by mistake but wasn't cancelled within 24 hours.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00USD you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
